How Do I Add A Payment Method?
- Add the deal(s) to your cart and click “Checkout.”
- Choose a delivery method for each deal.
- Enter your delivery method information.
- Click “Next.”
- Do NOT click “Add Payment Method.”
- You’ll automatically be taken to the payment method screen.
My Payment Method Keeps Getting Declined
Make sure the billing address and zip code match exactly as they appear on your credit or debit card account. Also, check that your account name matches the name on your card (for example, if your account name is 'Cathy' but your card says 'Catherine,' update your account to match). I Haven't Received The Deal I Purchased
Most deals are printed and mailed to you. This takes 7-10 business days. If you haven’t received your certificates after 10 business days, please contact us at: halfpricedealswausau@nrgmedia.com.
If the business uses an online booking system, you’ll receive a web certificate by email within 24 business hours. If you haven’t received it after that time, email us at: halfpricedealswausau@nrgmedia.com.

Refunds/Store Credit Policy
Refunds and store credit are handled case by case.
- Store Credit: You get a full refund to your account, which can be used for future Half Price Deals. The credit is available immediately, so you can shop again right away.
- Credit Card Refund: You’ll get a refund for the deal, minus any processing or delivery fees. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
